Local clubs provide volunteer leadership for the exchange program as well as a community focus for Friendship Force International between exchanges. Membership is open to all in the community who share in the organization's goals.
The Friendship Force of Minnesota/Twin Cities was chartered in 1981 and was one of the first clubs in the USA. Since then our club has been involved with 33 countries and 7 states. 1792 of our members have traveled as Ambassadors and 893 Ambassadors have been home hosted in Minnesota.
Annual dues are $25. per person or $33. per couple/family. Members receive a professional bi-monthly club newsletter, which provides details of our local activities. Members may also elect to subscribe to the quarterly national magazine, which keeps us informed of worldwide activities.Contact Membership Chair for info/application
